This website is operated by YBK Shipping.
After becoming an account holder, it will be assumed that each customer has properly read and accepted our terms and conditions. It is also advised that each customer review these terms and condition occasionally for any possible changes.
Upon completing registration, each customer will be provided with our U.S. mailing address along with a personal mailbox number to which items should be sent at all times. Failure to use the complete shipping address can attract incorrect address fees or your package being delivered to the wrong person.
Note: YBK Shipping reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Rates for our services are subjected to change without notice.
Packages are received once per week from our Florida warehouse to Jamaica on Fridays.
Packages are then available for pick up the following day assuming there is no delay in
Arline and customs clearance.
YBK Shipping will not be responsible for items damaged by external bodies such as companies you make purchases from online or while being processed through Jamaica customs.
We only accept liability for products that are damaged or that went missing while in our possession. Please Note, all missing packages should be signed and received by our Agent at the Florida location which appropriate invoices should be provided in a timely manner.
YBK Shipping charges are based on two factors Freight (weight of the item) and Customs (cost of the item/items in the package). Please note that fractions of a pound are rounded off to the next pound.

Payment Terms
All customers are expected to settle all balances upon collecting their package/packages, outstanding balances should be cleared within a week or agreed time with YBK Shipping. After being notified, unclaimed packages will attract a storage fee after 7 business days. The fee will be JMD$150 per day.
If packages are unclaimed after 14 days, customers will receive a second notification to collect their package/packages, if after 30 days the package/packages still haven't been claimed, the package/packages will be sold to recover any expenses related to the transportation and clearance of the item/items.
NO CARD? USE OURS
For customers who don’t have a credit card and wish for YBK Shipping to make purchases for you, you are required to have the necessary funds (100% upfront), whether U.S. dollars or the Jamaican equivalent to complete the purchase(s).
Note: there is also an additional fee of JMD 700 for our service charge. We only perform this service with trusted websites, contact our office or email us for more details.
Customers should inspect packages to ensure all contents are accounted for and in good order before leaving place of business or the presence of the delivery personnel. Failure to do so means the customer has no claim for compensation. Customers having missing packages must show clear proof that it occurred while in our possession and must be signed for by a personnel at our Florida warehouse. Only then will a customer have a claim for compensation.
By signing up for a YBK Shipping account you are authorizing our agents to act on your behalf for the customs clearance of your packages.
