1. How do I sign up with YBK Shipping? And is there a membership fee?

Answer: No there is no membership fee to sign up. Click here to register.
 

 

2. Where is YBK Shipping located?

Answer: We are located in Orange Bay, Hanover
Bushland Lane, Wharf Road. The shop at the second street light in the lane.

3. How long will it take for me to receive my package?
 

Answer: Currently we receive packages once per week, every Friday. So
depending on the date the package arrived at our warehouse, package are available for pickup/delivery within 3-7 days after.

4. How will I know when my package is available?

Answer: We will notify each customer via SMS/WhatsApp/Email/Members Area on package info once package is Available for pickup.

5. How is the customs fee calculated for my package?

Answer: Customs is applied to packages that are over USD $50.

6. Is there a limit to the size of packages that can be ship?

 

Answer: Please contact us via Email or WhatsApp to query about any packages larger than a standard size television and/or heavier than 20lbs.

7. Is there any restrictions to items that can be ship?

Answer: Pepper spray, toy guns, cash, weapons, guns, sword, radar detector etc. Permits are required to items please take notes of these items.
